@pgleeson Any idea why this is failing now? The changes we made shouldn't have failed the build.

@travs This was failing due to problems with sourceforge I believe. Have been out of the office all week. Will look over this and the other issues related to jnml/pynml next week and hopefully streamline the installation issues (including making binary releases on GH the default for installation of jNeuroML). Can't make the hangout today I'm afraid, but hopefully SF is behaving better now and that can be used for install.
