Add setup.py to install most dependencies #55

Creating a pull request to call the question on the install-script branch. Let's have a look at whether this is usable or not.

This isn't totally working yet (see #29). Originally generated by @net239

Based on feedback from @VahidGh and @brijeshm39 it seems like this is working well enough to merge

Thanks for this. I've replaced the installation of dependencies in .travis.yml with a call to setup.py, so this is now being used for testing the model.
