[WIP] Add test for vclamp.m #62

Thanks for this @souravsingh. The omt file should be in the same folder as vclamp.m, or even better in a subfolder tests/ and use ../vclamp.m for the filename. It would be good if you can install OMV and test this locally with:

omv all -V

@souravsingh does this work on your local machine with OMV? At the very least 'arget' should be changed to 'target' and you may need a ../ in the path
