Update live site #16

The live site at http://docs.openworm.org/en/0.5/Community/github.html does not match this repo. For example one error on the site:

To fork an OpenWorm repository, go to https://github.com/openworm and hit the “Fork” button.

Is already correct in this repo as:

To fork an OpenWorm repository, go to the repository's page and hit the "Fork" button. GitHub will copy the repository to your personal repository.

I wanted to fix it but, alas, the work is already done. Please keep the site updated, hopefully through an automated process to avoid duplication.

Thanks for the fix! The reason you don't see the update is that the link with 0.5 in the URL is synced to the branch called 0.5. Changes that are made in the master branch do appear online automatically, but they go to the /latest/ URL: http://docs.openworm.org/en/latest/Community/github.html

Got it, thanks. The harder job for me now is to find the link that got me to that outdated page!
