Updated package structure #12

According to http://guide.python-distribute.org/creation.html and http://docs.python-guide.org/en/latest/writing/structure/. Removed no longer needed files. Added some fixes to consolidate everything.

This is great. I've been looking for a doc like http://guide.python-distribute.org/creation.html. I'm going to do the same for movement_validation.
