See issue https://github.com/openworm/org.geppetto.frontend/issues/120 Once this is completed functions like getState won't have reason to exist.

[x] Add setLegend(variable, legend) command to plot
[x] Switch samples in github
[x] Fix backend to match first scene_update to simulation start. E.G. Use starts simulation, backend notifies simulation has started until first update to the scene is send.
[x] Change to client to handle using variables
