Create Geppetto vanilla configuration file #260

As a follow up to #137 - components on the Geppetto UI are now modular.

We need to specify what the default Geppetto UI looks like (exactly whatever it looks now) via a default frontend configuration file.

To clarify, we are not changing how the default Geppetto UI looks, just driving which components are on it via config file as opposed to hardcoded as it used to be.

In absence of a "custom" configuration file that overrides this, the default view is displayed.

@tarelli nopes, need to finish #137 first. Also it was on the checklist for https://github.com/openworm/org.geppetto.frontend/issues/148 but that issue has been closed so I think we need to keep this for after #137. Setting milestone.
