When a simulation is reloaded, Play is pressed and "Link morphology to recorded membrane potentials" there should be much more feedback on what is happening for the user.
[x] a pop up with the current time should be shown (auto call to G.showTime #521)
[x] many simulations take some time before interesting activity starts. An option should be presented for running x10 and x100 (or an extra play button added/drop down option on Play), i.e. skip every 10 or 100 time steps.
[ ] if there is only a recording at the soma of the cell, the whole cell should be coloured and a warning shown that this is the case
