Move over remaining issues and wiki pages #55

There are still some Geppetto issues hanging in the OpenWorm repo, as well as some wiki pages, move them over to org.geppetto or subrepo.

[x] Move issues
[x] Copy wiki pages over
[ ] Update wiki links
[x] Delete old wiki pages

@tarelli moved the pages into the org.geppetto wiki. However, I'm thinking now it would be good to incorporate them all into docs.geppetto.org and not use the wiki anymore, so we don't have folks going back and forth between the two. What do you think?
