-It will be unwieldy to manually create tests for the several hundred channels we will ultimately have, so I created a list of channels that we have for now and generate the tests programatically. -I also updated the .gitignore with the assumption that python files generated from notebooks are in their own folder. This requires changes to sciunit in pull request scidash/sciunit#78

@gsarma I accepted the other PR in this repo that you opened a few weeks ago and so now this one has conflicts with it. Can you take care of those?
