If you use the ISITest from the pull request to neuronunit/tests/dynamics from the NU dev pull request, combined with the changes to cell3 of Muscle-Model.ipynb, then the result is an ISI test applied to the CElegans Mule model.
You can ignore the changes to the Dockerfile, accept maybe the line that installs: sciunit django and quantities, they were necessary to get some things working on my end, so they might be useful for other users too, but I am also unsure if this was because I was trying to use other features of NU from outside the notebooks.
