I'm just creating this issue to note that after discussion with @Ichoran on 12 August we decided this was not the right approach, since Zenodo is intended to be a permanent archive of data, we don't want to make it that easy for the user of WCONWorms to upload.
Instead I'll create a standalone script to accomplish this, using the function mentioned here.
