Different metadata in two different chunks #164

Should this cause an error to be raised in the parser, @Ichoran?

I would say that it should not be raised in the parser per se (as it is internally consistent), but instead when the files are going to be merged. So there should be a "load it all but don't merge it" command that gives you an array of WCON data structures.
