Zip file reading and writing. #85

Not tested heavily, but works at least in basic cases.

@MichaelCurrie - I didn't change any data files or Python code, but got an error on 3.5's build. Is that the intermittent error from before? (I.e. is it safe to merge this PR in that it at least won't make anything worse?)
