Hi! wolfssl is the problem, but wolfssl has tls v1.3. Why Openwrt chose mbedtls?

From openwrt forum I had the answer for any major version upgrade: We should install new version and then apply the configuration making any changes to it afterwards.

It's a bit of a pickle but switching between crypto libs isn't super trivial with the current dependency management. I'm still trying to figure out a nice way to solve this.

Maybe, as I read, change first wolftls to embdtls in our setup would help. I have no other router to test.
