Update config to use symbolic ICMP type declarations #17

Extra symbolic ICMP types were added in commit e6e82a55206cf7017f26b92f7097f779161b5cac so we can now use this for the IPv6 MTD firewall rule.

@jow- I can't work out if this would require changes to the tests - I am unfmailiar with the code and am struggling to parse the tests. Any pointers would be helpful (esp. to documentation if any exists).
