mt76x2e: 802.11w/WPA3 broken in latest version #777

After the update to OpenWrt SNAPSHOT, r22734-c6419d1946, WPA3 or WPA2 with 802.11w no longer works. My phone does not connect. There are no error logs on the OpenWrt's side.

I used SAE only mode - which was working before
