USB MediaTek MT7921AU DFS channels scan fail #835

Not able to use DFS channels on a USB MediaTek MT7921AU 802.11ac/ax/b/g/n dongle in AP mode. Non DFS channels work correctly.

This is using OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r24154+5-6f31941d38 on x86/64

The lack of DFS support in AP mode is really annoying. Hopefully that is fixed with the mt7925!
