atlas-sw-probe: update to version 5090 #24642

Description:

Atlas probe release 5090 was released, along with the source code, see below. Can we expect an update of the OpenWrt package? Thanks!

I will need to look at it more as it seems from the changes that there are at least two interesting changes:

The first one:

All platforms now have a ripe-atlas-common package, a ripe-atlas-anchor and ripe-atlas-probe package to define the purpose of the probe. This deprecates atlasswprobe

The second one:

Added initial code for OpenWRT 22.03 (Support incomplete)

If always, there is a possibility to send pull request, when you want to have it faster.

Since this was opened, 5100 has been released: https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/releases/firmware/5100.html

I may try to update the package based on the upstream makefile.
