IMO we should really consider, that we've 30+ of such internal projects and quite a lot external (usteer, ucode etc.), so we should ideally aim for some reusable GitHub action(s) to improve overall quality and maintenance effort.
@jow- had some nice ideas for improvements as well, see https://github.com/jow-/ucode/commit/b9d8f06377608069c2c4ec27cd419ce89a393762
