asterisk: crash when using `switch =>` support in chan_iax2 #821

Description: https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/issues/180 Starting from 21th, the swtich => was broken. Applying https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/pull/198 to all required openwrt releases would be awesome.
