[19.07] pjproject: Patch PJ_LOG() Segfault issue #879

Description: Solve the segmentation issue while using PJ_LOG() The original issue has not been solved until pjproject 2.12. As a result, patching this issue manualy in OpenWRT 19.07 with pjproject 2.10

OpenWrt 19.07 is End of Life branch. For this branch, PRs are no longer accepted. It is highly suggested to use supported versions.
