Documentation mentions "message_id" in several places for CAN. Should just be "id". This also applies to python/vi-firmware/android docs as well.

Next step to reduce confusion would be make variables in source code no longer use message_id either. See https://github.com/openxc/vi-firmware/commit/5e267eee00a341649741195bb3058f661751b1a3
