Refreshing the web UI removes the slider bars.

This happens on OS X 10.6.8. Seems to happen with Chrome, and Firefox. Slider bars never seem to work with Safari.

Problem goes away with proper Internet connection.
Problem is probably the dependency on remote JQuery stylesheet.
