Readme Addition #4

I would add a little more information on how do you set this to work with OpenXC Enabler App. This is go into enabler settings, select data sources, and check Use a Network Device, change the host address to 192.168....Change the Network Port to 50001.

It may not be a bad idea to show the Screenshot of the enabler settings

I agree with the screenshot, I'll do that. Sudipto, what kind of verbiage were you thinking should be added to the readme? (There is a bit in the "Running the Emulator" section.)
