Windows communication doesn't work #2

Since the move from DDK to WDK, some of the HID functions and headers have moved or no longer exist. This means the windows version of the library currently doesn't work.

Got windows comm working in liblightstone again, so this shouldn't be an issue. Just need to copy the instructions over from there.

Fixed. Some of the asserts were wonky and linux-specific, so they had to be removed, but otherwise, things are all ready to go in the libusb-2 branch, even for windows.
