What this PR does / why we need it:

Because of terms in pod.Spec.Affinity.NodeAffinity.RequiredDuringSchedulingIgnoredDuringExecution.NodeSelectorTerms are ORed, not ANDed, so we need to add excludeHostNetworkRequirement for each NodeSelectorTerms.
