wrong partition part number for legacy (BIOS) booting #437

Ubuntu 22.04 Root on ZFS -> Step 4: System Configuration -> 7. Create the EFI filesystem:

for legacy (BIOS) booting the partition number must be ${DISK}-part5

btw why using partition number 5 instead of 1?

Sorry, i'm wrong... missed that i have to create partition 1 AND 5 for legacy booting.
