Recycle Bin doesn't work in Catalina #745

I am running latest master@486e5b1b1a9258b5496ffa981b0c370675495962 and on Catalina, moving stuff to the Trash doesn't work anymore.

rebooting, disabling system integrity protection, emptying the trash (also of the relocated files), then reenabling SIP now resulted in my Trash working again!
