the entry page http://zimfarm.kiwix.org:8080 listing the libraries does not show well on a phone, no mobile skin.

Can you put a screenshot describing the issue, works for me with Android & Firefox.

This is a bug with kiwix-serve (not with the Gutenberg ZIM files). I have reported at the right place: https://sourceforge.net/p/kiwix/bugs/760/
