Can you please be more descriptive about the issue, As far as I know, the language is concerned, it is already set in the channel itself in the Kolibri studio as the default language, and for the channels available in multiple languages, they have different folders for different languages. So, what language are we really discussing about? correct me if I have misunderstood something

We want to be able to override the language metadata which is passed to the ZIM with an optional --language CLI param.
