[x] Secure the CI is green on git master
[x] Check if minimal versions of library dependences is properly given in Meson
[x] Update subprojects with appropriate library dependence versions (like in kiwix-build)
[x] Check if Debian package has to be updated
[x] Kiwix-Build is OK
[x] Update the Changelog
[x] Update version
[x] Close current milestone and create new one incrementaly (a priori a minor version)
[x] Create a tag on git
[ ] Secure new sources/binaries are published on https://download.openzim.org/release/libzim/
[x] Update the Github release with the Changelog
[ ] Check Brew packaging
[x] Check if release has been a success on PPA
[ ] Create new empty entry in Changelog (placeholder for future entries)
[ ] Publicize these new versions

libzim 9.0.0 is already available in homebrew from the github artifact. See https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/154088
