Fix links in page content #11

Once #7 is implemented, we need to fix page links for proper navigation

External links (not in archive) are kept as-is. Readers are responsible to block / warn on these links.

Following today discussion, we will not keep external links as-is but add a special class + custom CSS to get something similar to Wikipedia external links.

Exact design still has to be confirmed with real cases. Probably multiple cases to handle depending on link content (only text, an image, ...). Multiple issues might have to be opened to clarify this.
