Troubleshooting Westros recipe #1958

As per this https://github.com/openzim/zim-requests/issues/763, please check why this recipe is failing while we have already a successful resulted file in the past.

The link to last working ZIM (if any): https://download.kiwix.org/zim/other/westeros_en_all_2018-09.zim

The error I get: mwUrl [https://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Main_Page] is not valid. P.S I tried to open the url, it opens normally

I confirm the issue (I even tried with variations like https://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php https://awoiaf.westeros.org/), @kelson42 could you have a look or assign someone?
