Allow uploading a folder at once #75

Trying to upload a folder so as to have an arborescence in my zim files I get the following error message: WARNING: Folders and files without extension cannot be uploaded

It's not a bug, it's a feature request (uploading a folder at once, different from #80), as the message you got clearly implies.
