406 Errors while downloading PDF #36

The scraper fails to get a PDF while offlining the course https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:edX+edx201+1T2020/course/ However, visiting the link by a normal browser or wget works fine. We shall refactor the download function with the scraperlib one
