Add new readme and do not check for zimwriterfs #88

This adds new readme and disables zimwriterfs check as it now uses pylibzim

Please don't use HTML in the README. Makes it harder to read as plain text and most if it can be done via markdown already

Okay. Removed the HTML. Did everything with markdown (not centered anymore)
