Better warnings for unsupported discussions

This fixes #83 by doing the following changes -

If the zim was made without forums, i.e. without --add-forum, then no warning is displayed for discussions
If the ZIM was made with --add-forum and the discussion is unsupported for some reason, the following warning is displayed - The discussion here is not supported in offline mode
