The ted2zim scraper script underwent significant changes in this pull request that included improving its functionality and user experience. These include adding new command-line arguments and restructuring existing options for clarity as well as improving error handling. Refactor has made the code-base simpler which in turn makes it more maintainable and user-friendly.

I'm going to close this issue which is pure garbage.

It is clear that:

most statements are wrong (e.g. this is not a significant refactoring at all)
all this mess has been generated by AI
you never ran the stuff, it is just not working, e.g. the subtitle file is totally hard-coded
you do not even explain why we would want to incorporate this

@Veeransh14 please stop pushing such garbage to us or we will have to seriously consider to ban your contributions
