We have here a code duplicate. Most of the code from the WP1 selection was done by me a long time ago and we need here to see what was improved and is still the same and merge https://github.com/kiwix/tools/tree/master/selection_tools/ to this code repo.

This part of the code is not necessary anymore and has been deleted.
