To add the feature of Subtitles #194

In the existing codebase, several functions have been implemented to generate subtitles for videos being played. However, an issue has arisen where the program encounters errors while attempting to extract the video ID from the URL. Despite efforts to debug the issue, including ensuring all dependencies are up to date, the problem persists. The error message indicates a failure to extract the ID from the URL and advises reporting the issue to the appropriate bug tracking system at https://yt-dl.org/bug.

Hey @benoit74, no it is not still ready for a review, I was getting a lot of blockage midway. I have done all the changes which I thought were important and possible to my knowledge. This is a GSoC project so I rather thought the main concern of solving these issues are after the announcement of the project and the contributor, and moreover after commencement of GSoC. Thanks!
