Please use the following format for a ZIM creation request (and delete unnecessary information)

Why do we have only one recipe where it has been requested to have one ZIM per language?

Edit: current recipe configuration will grab all languages but is advertised as "en", which is wrong

It's not part already of devdoc.io?

I don't think devdocs.io will cover exactly the same use-case, especially since it is EN-only AFAIK
