Remove all Bayard recipes and zim files #1061

The agreement between Bayard and Orange has come to an end and so we've been asked to remove these files:

@RavanJAltaie Can you please also delete the corresponding zimfarm recipes and drive.farm folders ?

@rgaudin Can we also delete the Bayard tag from the library, or does it disappear by itself as soon as there is no recipe around to use it?

ZIMs are not available anymore on our download server. Library will update soon. Mirrors will do whatever they want to (most mirrors usually delete the files, but they are free).

It will automatically disappear by itself

The recipes above have been deleted from zimfarm successfully, and corresponding folders have been deleted from the server.
