Re-run all Youtube ZIM to use latest VP9 webm setting

We have 5 recipes which are not going to be updated because they are disabled. 3 are TED recipes / ZIMs which will be deleted soon once migration to TED by topics is completed.

The other two are https://farm.openzim.org/recipes/los_miserables_audiobook and https://farm.openzim.org/recipes/wikistage_mul_all (which channels are not available anymore online, see and https://github.com/openzim/zim-requests/issues/863 and https://github.com/openzim/zim-requests/issues/839)

What is the status here? I see the queue is empty on the Zimfarm. At this stage, most urgent would be to remove older ZIM files so we are sure the ZIM we distribute can be read properly.

Out of 142 youtube ZIMs currently published:

• 110 are already in VP9
• 7 have just been requested again because they suffered from what looks like a temporary failure
• 25 have a recipe which needs to be fixed (title and/or description too long, logo/banner not hosted on drive.farm.kiwix.org and not downloadable by the scraper)

@RavanJAltaie @Popolechien how can we quickly fix these recipes which are known to be wrong for days in most cases (about two weeks) and nothing has been fixed, despite my request on Slack?

And two olds ZIMs (wikistage) have been archived.

I don't get it, what did you fixed? I already fixed long titles, descriptions and logo/banner issues as mentioned in https://github.com/openzim/zim-requests/issues/1102#issuecomment-2228540424
