Upstream bug closed, not yet released so I updated the recipe to use dev image until youtube scraper is released. Requested recipe again.

LGTM. Changed background setting to #FFFFFF so that if/when that moves into prod we'll have a clean background.

I looked a bit more at their content and there is a lot of junk (conference speakers, street interviews, promotional stuff) whose educational value is limited. I'm reopening the recipe so that at some point we can decide on which playlists to keep or not.

Also don't know why it's listed as NHS material as it's actually Canadian.
