Wikipedia _Did you know_ selection #310

In order to potentially integrate onto the Life app on KaiOS we are looking at some friendly Wikipedia Did you know material.

Article selection: all mainspace articles sporting the {{DYK talk}} template (about 94,000 entries in English apparently).

There are 30+ entries for similar templates in other languages, we don't need them all but I'll eventually open a ticket for the relevant ones when we know more about the project.

@kelson42 @Popolechien Don't we want the requester to provide either a website link or a file/bunch of files?

Idea is good but with this specific partner I'd call the project dead. Let's close it.
