The fact that it redirects to the online page is not normal.

Looking at the logs, I see that most pages have a HTTP 405 (Method Not Allowed) return code, only first pages seems to have worked, like if we have been blocked by website after few pages.

Looking at the website in my browser on my machine, I can confirm that:

We have probably been flagged as a bot and access has been removed.

Is there any chance we can contact website owner and ask them to whitelist our IP?

All that been said, are we sure about the "non-commercial" license? IMO we are very close to fell under the "commercial" license given their license examples.

Anything that is on the Kiwix library is free for the taking, but I am sure one could think of edge cases. Let's ask and see.
