We split small.zim in small parts of 2048 bytes and embedded them in one file with content between parts.

@veloman-yunkan, For an unknown reason, I cannot set you as reviewer on this PR. But please review it so I can do a new release and setup CI to make openzim/libzim#860 working.

This is obviously better with the zim files added 🤦🏽‍♂️
