add collector config to docker-compose-mysql.yml #90

How about adding collector to docker-compose-mysql.yml?

Or..., any reasons not to add it?

main reason is that we are discouraging use of scribe, and trying to show the minimum setup needed. The query server supports HTTP ingest, for example.
