Updates for new release #47

This adds missing messaging and RPC components. It also changes the following as the former we misleading and not conventional.

Tracing.service -> Tracing.localServiceName
Tracing.rate=1 (was a percentage) -> Tracing.tracesPerSecond=10

It also adds

Tracing.traceId128Bit needed for some emulators

In general the build has been refreshed and some missing tests backfilled.

I've updated to v0.2 as the two properties above are breaking changes.
